Reports
Team capacity
Who is over and who is under, day by day, with hours already committed against each person.
The question it answers: who has room? Team capacity shows each person's committed hours day by day, with what is overdue, how much time is free, and who is over. It is the team-wide view of the same data behind Capacity, which explains how hours are placed back from a due date.
Before you start
- You need permission to see tasks. You always see yourself; managers see the people who report to them, and people who manage the team see the whole business.
- Team capacity is part of plans with capacity planning. Without it, the page shows an upgrade prompt.

Read the team grid
Team grid lists each person with their Overdue hours, Free time, hours Over capacity, Closed days and tasks Not counted, then a bar for each day. Switch between 30 days and 12 weeks, and narrow by Capability. Who has room and By service answer the same question from other angles.
The team grid for the next 30 days, with the warning about tasks it cannot place. Read the yellow These figures are incomplete note first. It counts the tasks that place no hours, because they have no estimate or no due date. Those tasks are real work that the grid cannot see.
Step 03
Open one person
Select a person's name to see their own timeline: every open task with the hours left, what is overdue, and where it falls day by day.
One person's tasks, each placed back from its due date.
Common questions
Somebody shows as free and says they are busy. Capacity only sees tasks with hours and a due date. Work without an estimate is invisible to it, and the incomplete-figures note says how much.
Why does the address say workload? The screen is called Workload and lives at its own address; the Reports card is a second way in.
