Firm details
Your firm’s name, logo, currency, fiscal year and invoice numbering.
For firm administrators
The firm's own identity: what it is called, what it looks like on a letter, and the accounting conventions everything else follows.
What is here
- Name and logo. The logo appears on letters and invoices.
- Currency. The firm's own reporting currency, distinct from a client's.
- Fiscal year. Which drives period reporting throughout Orin.
- Invoice numbering. The format and the next number.
Changing invoice numbering does not renumber invoices already issued, and it should not. An invoice number that has been sent to a client is part of that client's records.
Common questions
Our logo looks wrong on letters. Replace it here. Letters read the current logo when they are produced, so already-issued documents keep the one they were made with.
