Capture

What document reading has cost, and how much the firm is willing to spend. The limit is a stop: when it is reached, Capture stops reading and documents arrive without extracted details. It does not warn and continue.

Capabilities

The skills your firm offers. Work is matched against them, and Capacity's Skill availability tab is the grid of who holds what.

A capability nobody holds shows as an empty row rather than being hidden. That absence is information: it is a skill the firm sells and cannot currently staff.
