Owner only. Every other firm panel stops at administrator; this one does not.
A record of changes: who made them, what changed, and when.
What it is for
Two things, and they are different. Day to day it answers "who changed this client's details" without anybody having to guess. Occasionally it is evidence, which is why it cannot be edited and cannot be cleared.
The log records changes to records. It is not a sign-in log and it is not a list of what people looked at.
Common questions
Something changed and the log does not show it. Check the date range before concluding it is missing.
