This is the firm-wide view of the same data behind Capacity. That article explains how hours are placed backwards from a due date, why non-working days are skipped, and what a dashed forecast row means. Read it before acting on this report, because the placement rule explains most of what looks odd here.
Its address is /workload rather than /reports/team-capacity. The screen predates the Reports
hub and moving a working screen to a tidier URL is churn in exchange for nothing.
Common questions
Somebody shows as free and says they are busy. Capacity only knows about work recorded as tasks with hours on them. Unestimated work is invisible to it.
