Reports
Renewals due
Service schedules reaching their review date, and how much notice each renewal wants.
The question it answers: what is coming up for renewal or review, and when do we need to start? The report lists recurring service schedules reaching their review or renewal date in a period, with the notice each one wants.
Before you start
You need permission to see engagements. Review dates and notice periods are set on each client's engagement.
Steps at a glance
Read the report
Step 01
Open the report
Select Reports, then Renewals due under Delivery and capacity.
1: Renewals due on the Reports page. Step 02
Find what is inside its notice period
Set the period with the presets or the two dates. The figures show how many renewals are Falling due, how many are already Inside notice period, and their Agreed value. Select Inside its notice period to list only those.
1: Inside its notice period. The demo business has one renewal due in this period. Each row shows the client, the service, the Review or renewal date, Days away, the Notice wanted, the agreed price and what happens at renewal.
Step 03
Act on a renewal
Select Propose change on a row to open that engagement ready to propose the change. If the engagement has already ended, the row offers Engage next period instead, unless the client already has a live engagement.
Work backwards from the notice, not forwards from the date. A renewal 21 days away that wants 30 days' notice is already late to start.
Common questions
A client is missing. Renewals come from recurring service schedules. A one-off engagement has nothing to renew, and a date outside the period is not shown.
Can I export it? Yes, select Export.
