Before you start
You need permission to see AI usage. Changing allowances and buying packs needs permission to manage it, and is covered with the rest of the AI settings in Capture and capabilities.

Read the report
Step 01
Open the report
Select Reports, then AI spend under Admin. It opens the AI wallet page in Settings.

Choose the month
Pick the month at the top right. The first panel shows how much of the wallet is used, from the monthly allowance, anything carried forward and any packs, split into Aiden, Document reading, Advisory and what is left.
Step 03
Read the spend
Spend by day charts each feature's cost per day. Below it, a panel per feature shows what it spent and what that bought: questions asked, documents read, advisories written. Details opens the breakdown. What one costs at the side gives the current price of each.
The demo business has not spent anything on AI this month, so the chart is empty.
Common questions
The total looks high for one month. Document reading costs per document, so a bulk upload reads every page in it. Spend follows the volume of paper, not the number of clients.
What happens when the wallet runs out? AI features pause until the next month or until a pack is bought.
