These two panels are yours. No permission group can take them away, because your own details and your own sign-in security are not firm configuration.
Profile
Your name, email address and personal details. Your name is what colleagues see beside tasks you own and time you log.

Two-factor authentication for your own sign-in. See Security and the article on signing in.
Team, Roles and Permission groups are tabs inside Security rather than a menu entry of their own, and they appear only if you may use them.
Common questions
Can I change my email address? Yes, on Profile. You will need to confirm the new address before it becomes your sign-in.
