What’s new
A community, and a support desk
The manual moves to its own site and gains two neighbours: a cross-firm community and your firm’s support tickets.
18 August 2026. The Help Centre moved out of Orin and became a site of its own, with two new neighbours beside the manual: a community shared by every firm, and your firm's support tickets.
What is new
- The manual has its own site. It opens in a new tab and uses the sign-in you already have. Across the top of its menu are three tabs: Manual, Community and Support. Back to Orin at the foot of the menu returns you. See Where to find help.
- One button for all of it. The question mark in Practice's top bar lists the articles about the screen you are on, and under Opens in a new tab it links to the Help Centre, the Community and Report a problem.
- A community for practitioners. A discussion board shared by firms across Ireland and the United Kingdom. Everything posted there is visible to every firm on Orin, and you can post under a practice handle when you would rather not put your firm's name to a question. A handle is chosen once and cannot be changed. See The community forum.
- Support tickets you can follow. Report a problem, follow its status, and see who at Ayphen has looked at it. Tickets belong to your firm and only people at your firm can read them. See Reporting a problem to Orin.
- Aiden answers in the manual. Every article's Still stuck? footer opens Aiden without leaving the page, and it answers within your own access to your firm's data. See Ask Aiden.
